Noise Suppression Tape Bustraid: Easy Cable EMI Countermeasure Just by Wrapping
The tape-type "FLEX SUPPRESSOR" NST/EST series, effective for countering radiation noise from cables, is now newly available!
Our company’s Bus Tread, developed in 1995 as a pioneer in the industry, has received high praise for many years and holds a significant market share. Bus Tread is a thin sheet with excellent noise suppression effects due to its unique microstructure, and it is used as a "simple noise solution that can be applied by just sticking, wrapping, or inserting" for noise countermeasures in various electronic devices. Furthermore, we have focused on its application for EMI countermeasures in various connection cables. In recent years, with the spread of contactless charging, the acceleration of data transmission, and wireless technology, along with the high-density implementation of electronic devices and connection cables, troubles caused by EMI from cables have been on the rise. Traditionally, ferrite cores have been used for these countermeasures, but due to challenges such as space limitations, weight reduction, and design considerations, there is a demand for noise countermeasures that can replace ferrite. In response to this market need, we have added a tape-type Bus Tread, processed into a reel form, to our lineup, making it easier to apply the sheet-based Bus Tread to cables.
